My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and of Crowne Plaza standard, although I had a small issue with the cleaning service accidentally disposing of my toothbrush, which took some time to resolve at the front desk. The service was a mix of both incompetency in processing debit returns but also professionalism. The location was great for me, with shopping malls and various dining options nearby. The dining experience was good, although a bit pricey and with some room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. The facilities were satisfactory.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are great, quiet in the true sense, and I found the separated by a see-through window setup really interesting. The service was exceptional, especially for a foreigner like me. The location was perfect with a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.
